Todae ish the FIRST DAE of work at OCBC Centre! =) undergo training the whole dae todae... stress gao gao...

i need to noe the EasiCredit and Credit Card interests well. and oso how to calculate them, wad are the different plans there are, which ish more cost effective den balance transfer oso... omg... so chim can? alot of things to calculate and such... bth... ish can faint tat kind... coz need keep remembering which ish being paid first if customer pay for their outstanding balance or balance transfer.. and oso need calculate the daily interest oso sometimes... zzz.... tele sales muz noe so many things de... hais... den even definition of some terms oso need to noe, coz customers will ask... wah... who can be more stress den mi during work? LOL... lik studying finance lik tt... stress....

todae ish more on theory part of training... tml ish the Hands-on and testing to "call" out le... we will do testing on our sup lors.. they will act as customers den try to either be kind, be bad, nasty, bastard or wadeva lahs... LOL... die le lors... i scare i will bth, behind their back say them... LOLs... oh ya, 1 of my sup name hor ish ALAN CHIN eh... he ish ALAN CHIN SZE KIAT, not ALAN CHIN WEI KANG... haha... funny sia... but our alan better den tis alan... he lik so fierce lors... but overall ok lahs... chinchin more funny onli... LOL...

ok lahs... i now doing notes for tml le... zzz... dun intend to bring all the notes to work tml... hais... work work work!! MONEY MONEY MONEY!! lols... BB!!! i go busy liaos... =x
